The Movie and Television Review Board (MTRCB) ought to intensify their review the advertisements being presented to the audience.
First, a soap commercial suggesting that the equation:

is possible.
And now, we have the Optical Media Board Chairman himself, Mr. Edu Manzano, showing an irresponsible advertisement thru a freight/courier company's newest ad. The commercial shows Manzano, as a game show host, asking the boy to spell the word "remittance", to which, the boy replied, "L-B-C".
Funny as these advertisements may be, however, it creates a negative effect on children who might be watching the television.
Definitely wrong. And there is no scapegoat for that.
